During my recent business trip to Mumbai, my director selected Hotel Aksa as our accommodation. I was pleasantly surprised by the array of recreational amenities available at the hotel. The fitness center was well-equipped and allowed me to maintain my exercise routine while away from home. It was a great facility to unwind and destress after a long day of meetings.

The staff at Hotel Aksa were unfortunately rude and unwelcoming, which left a negative impression on me.
